Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually! Psalm 105:4 – If you’re going to seeking the presence of someone continually, over all others you could seek, then that person better be able to provide you everything you need. Clearly, as we read through this psalm, the Lord is someone who can provide everything one would need. We read today how amazing the Lord was in the early years of the people of Israel. Taking them from a simple family to the powerhouse of a nation they became, it was all the Lord that brought about such a change. He supplied the bread, He supplied the freedom, He supplied the victories. He was everything and more that the people of Israel could need, making Him the perfect candidate for them to seek the presence of continually in their life. Hear today that the Lord is also the perfect candidate for you to seek continually. Do you desire a physical need met? Do you desire freedom from some bondage in your life? Do you long for a victory in your story over the enemy that has been crippling you for so long? Then seek the Lord and His strength, seek His presence continually. He can meet your needs, offer you freedom, and defeat any enemy; and this is just skimming the surface of what our God can do.
