For who knows what is good for man while he lives the few days of his vain life, which he passes like a shadow? For who can tell man what will be after him under the sun? Ecclesiastes 6:12 – Who can tell us what will happen beyond this life under the sun? I can tell you. Granted, its not me having any supernatural wisdom or insight that isn’t available to others, I just simply have been blessed with the ability to read scripture and can see the answer written down for us in scripture. It’s either an eternity of torment in Hell or an eternity of blessing in Heaven. Those are the only two options, and there is only one choice you need to make in order to settle which of those two options will be your afterlife. Will you believe in Jesus and follow Him, or will you reject Jesus? For Jesus is the key to entering into the eternal life within Heaven and only through Him can you find that admittance into Heaven. You are going to be told so many things in this life will grant you access to Heaven, but let Jesus speak against all that. In John 14:6 Jesus says He is the way to the Father and no one comes to the Father except through Him. If then your life up to this point has worked under the belief that your good deeds will get you to Heaven or because someone in your family was a believer that you’d be good, know if you remain in that way of thinking your eternity is Hell. Yet thanks be to God that doesn’t have to remain your future. Today you can choose to trust in Jesus and find eternity with Him instead.
